This process is typically employed to increase the per-share price of a company's stock, often to meet exchange listing requirements or enhance investor perception.

The reverse stock split is scheduled to become effective on August 3, 2026. As highlighted by GlobeNewswire, this significant decision was approved by TOP Financial Group Limited's board of directors. It follows an authorization from shareholders, which was granted during a special meeting held on May 27, 2026.

On the effective date, TOP Financial Group Limited's Class A shares will begin trading on a post-split basis on the Nasdaq. The stock will continue to trade under its existing symbol "TOP". However, for tracking and settlement purposes, the shares will be assigned a new CUSIP number, which will be G989A6110.
