Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Academiya, an online trading-education platform. By using our website, creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
1.Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Academiya(the “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Risk Disclaimer and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2.Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform and purchase courses. If you are under this age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Platform you represent that you are not barred from receiving our services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction, and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3.Accounts & security
Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Accounts are personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer or allow others to use your account or course access.
- Notify us immediately at support@academiyafx.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4.Course access & one-time purchases
Courses on Academiya are sold as one-time purchases. Unless stated otherwise on the course page, a single purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course's content for the access period described at the point of sale.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. We also accept manual cryptocurrency payments where offered.
- Course content (videos, documents, live classes and downloadable materials) is digital and is delivered electronically once your payment is confirmed.
- Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including course videos, lessons, documents, text, graphics, logos, the “Academiya” name and the “Learn to Lead” tagline, software and the overall look and feel — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
Your purchase grants a licence to access the content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, download (except where expressly permitted), redistribute, resell, publicly display, sublicense or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
6.Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Share, leak, screen-record or otherwise distribute paid course content to non-purchasers.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our systems, or interfere with the Platform's security or operation.
- Upload or transmit malware, scrape content using automated tools, or circumvent any access controls or digital-rights protections.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, misleading or infringing content in community areas, comments or reviews.
7.Instructor & live-class conduct
Some courses include live classes, webinars or community interaction with instructors and other learners. To keep these spaces safe and productive:
- Treat instructors and fellow learners with respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated and may result in removal from a session or termination of your account.
- Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled learners. By joining, you consent to such recording.
- Instructors share their personal experience and opinions for educational purposes. Their guidance is not, and must not be relied upon as, personalised financial advice — see our Risk Disclaimer.
8.Educational disclaimer & risk
Academiya is an education platform. All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Important risk warning
Trading and investing in financial markets — including forex, stocks and cryptocurrencies — involve a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no outcome or profit is guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser before trading. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any educational content will produce particular results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academiya, its owners, employees and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any course, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in conduct we reasonably consider harmful to us, our instructors or other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.
11.Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our practices. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
