CXApp Inc (NASDAQ: CXAI) is an enterprise AI software company that provides innovative AI solutions for businesses. The company recently executed a 50-for-1 reverse stock split on August 18, 2026. A reverse stock split combines existing shares into fewer, more valuable shares, which increases the price of each individual share without changing the company's total value.

The main goal of this split is to increase the per-share market price of CXApp Inc. As highlighted by accessnewswire, this action supports the company's effort to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid-price requirement, a crucial step for its Nasdaq listing compliance. The stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under its existing symbol but with a new CUSIP number.

Around the same time, CXApp Inc announced strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, as reported by Seeking Alpha. The company reported revenue of approximately $1.70 million, which is a 79% sequential growth from the first quarter's $0.95 million. This also represents a 42% increase compared to the same period last year, showcasing robust revenue growth.

This performance was driven by key developments, including the strategic acquisition of EngineRoom. This move helped increase the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to approximately $11.50 million. ARR is a metric that shows the predictable revenue a company can expect over the next year, which is a key indicator for software businesses and investment analysis.

Currently, the stock price is trading at $4.26, with a market capitalization of approximately $9.29 million. Over the past year, the share price has seen a high of $52.00 and a low of $4.02. The recent reverse stock split aims to stabilize the stock's price as the company continues to grow its AI operations and improve its investment outlook.
