- IBEX Limited (NASDAQ: IBEX) reported fourth-quarter revenue above analysts’ expectations, while adjusted earnings per share matched the stated consensus estimate.
- Revenue increased for the sixth consecutive quarter at a double-digit rate, supported by growth in HealthTech, technology, travel, logistics, retail, e-commerce, and Wave iX solutions.

IBEX Limited (NASDAQ: IBEX) is a global provider of outsourced business services and AI-powered customer-experience solutions. The company helps businesses manage customer engagement and support operations through a combination of human agents, technology, and AI-powered tools. Its recent growth has been supported by strong performance in HealthTech and other major industries, as well as increasing adoption of its Wave iX and AI Agent solutions.
On September 10, 2026, IBEX reported adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.85 for its fiscal fourth quarter. This figure matched the stated analyst consensus estimate of $0.85. On a GAAP basis, diluted EPS was $0.59, down from $0.66 in the same quarter last year.
The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $164.27 million, exceeding the estimated $160.02 million. Revenue increased 11.6% from $147.14 million in the prior-year quarter, marking IBEX’s sixth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth. The increase was driven by strong performance in HealthTech, technology, travel, transportation and logistics, retail and e-commerce, and Wave iX solutions.
IBEX added nine new client logos during the fourth quarter, including two strategic AI Agent wins. The company also reported that it had completed more than 10 AI Agent implementations across five industry verticals, reflecting growing demand for its AI-supported customer-experience services.
Although quarterly revenue reached a record, several profitability measures declined from the prior-year period. Fourth-quarter net income fell to $8.70 million from $9.60 million, while adjusted EBITDA decreased to $20.20 million from $20.50 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed to 12.3% from 13.9%, partly because of training costs associated with new client wins and the temporary effects of transferring work from nearshore to offshore delivery centers.
For the full fiscal year, revenue increased 15.4% to $644.10 million from $558.30 million. Net income rose 25.7% to $46.30 million, while diluted EPS increased 32.8% to $3.13. Adjusted diluted EPS advanced 28.3% to $3.52, and adjusted EBITDA increased 14.5% to $82.40 million.
Fourth-quarter operating cash flow was $24.80 million, compared with $27.90 million in the prior-year quarter. For the full year, operating cash flow reached a record $59.00 million, up from $45.70 million. Annual free cash flow increased to $31.20 million, and IBEX ended the fiscal year with $30.90 million in net cash. At the time cited, IBEX had a trailing P/E ratio of 10.80. This ratio compares the company’s stock price with its trailing earnings but does not, by itself, establish whether the shares are undervalued.
