On September 15, 2026, NanoXplore Inc. reported its quarterly financial results. The company announced an earnings per share (EPS) of -$0.014, which missed the analyst estimate of -$0.01. Despite this, as highlighted by GlobeNewswire, NanoXplore Inc. significantly narrowed its net loss to approximately $1.60 million from $2.30 million a year prior, showing progress toward profitability.

Revenue for the quarter was $23.92 million, falling just short of the $24.19 million estimate. This figure, reported as CAD 33.90 million, still marks a 7% increase from the previous year. According to its earnings call transcript published by Seeking Alpha, this growth comes from recovering volumes in programs with major clients.

The company's adjusted EBITDA, a key measure of operating profit, was CAD 1.90 million. While this is a decrease from the prior year, Chief Financial Officer Pedro Azevedo noted that excluding tooling revenue, adjusted EBITDA actually increased by CAD 1.30 million. NanoXplore Inc.'s negative price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of -21.87 indicates it is not currently profitable. However, its balance sheet shows strength. A low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.40 and a high current ratio of 2.87 suggest the company has low debt and can easily cover its short-term financial needs.
