Top Stock Market Gainers: Key Catalysts Behind Recent Surges

• bioAffinity Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIAF) surged after receiving a Hong Kong patent for its CyPath Lung diagnostic technology.
• Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: AEHL) gained after closing a $6.0 million convertible promissory note offering.
• Aethlon Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEMD) jumped after announcing a merger with North Immunology.

Several stocks posted sharp gains on company-specific news. bioAffinity Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIAF) rose 63.55% to $8.75 after receiving a Hong Kong patent for its CyPath Lung lung cancer diagnostic technology, strengthening its intellectual property position in Asia.

Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: AEHL) climbed 33.30% to $12.29 after closing a $6.0 million convertible promissory note offering. The company received net proceeds of about $5.965 million.

Aethlon Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEMD) surged (+370%) after announcing a merger with private biotech company North Immunology, which is developing a novel IL-13 x IL-18 bispecific antibody for atopic dermatitis.

CID HoldCo, Inc. (NASDAQ: DAIC) jumped 163.68% to $5.30 despite recent Nasdaq delisting-related concerns, while Schrödinger, Inc. (NASDAQ: SDGR) gained 26.37% to $30.24. However, Schrödinger’s small RSU grant appears to be routine and should not be viewed as the main catalyst.

Overall, the clearest drivers were bioAffinity’s patent, Antelope’s financing, and Aethlon’s merger announcement, while DAIC and SDGR should be viewed as more speculative or less clearly catalyst-driven moves.
