With a market capitalization of around $4.14 billion, Wix.com Ltd. is a significant player in the competitive web development industry. On September 21, 2026, analyst firm UBS confirmed its "Neutral" rating on Wix.com Ltd. While this suggests a "hold" action for the WIX stock, UBS increased its price target for the stock to $75.00 from $66.00. At the time of the update, Wix.com Ltd.'s stock price was $78.49, which is slightly above the new target set by the firm.

This analyst rating comes as Wix.com Ltd. focuses on improving its financial efficiency. The company is actively developing its own Large Language Models (LLMs) to lower AI-related costs. Management has made this a company-wide priority for 2026, aiming for a better long-term cost structure and more control over product quality.

Wix.com Ltd. expects this AI strategy to significantly improve its margin profile, which reflects the company's ability to generate profit. Specifically, Wix.com Ltd. anticipates non-GAAP gross margins for its BASE44 product to reach approximately 60% in the second half of 2026. Gross margin is a key financial metric that measures the profitability of a company's core services before administrative expenses.

However, Wix.com Ltd. also faces significant challenges. As highlighted by GlobeNewswire, the law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP announced a class action lawsuit against the company for securities fraud. This legal issue presents a potential risk for investors and could impact Wix.com Ltd.'s financial outlook, potentially influencing the neutral analyst rating.
