Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) will release Q3 2026 results at approximately 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, October 14, followed by an earnings call at 9:30 a.m. MarketBeat’s consensus estimates call for EPS of $2.93 and revenue of $19.93 billion.

The financial services firm operates through three principal segments: Institutional Securities, Wealth Management, and Investment Management. Its second-quarter results included $21.35 billion in net revenue and $3.46 in diluted EPS, providing a strong comparison for the upcoming report.

Shares have retreated in recent weeks and closed October 12 at $190.02. Invezz linked the weakness to concerns about slower dealmaking and reported concentrated call-option activity at the $205 strike. That strike identifies an options contract’s exercise price; it does not establish a reliable forecast for the stock.

BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) and State Street (NYSE: STT) are also scheduled to report on October 14. Their results will provide additional context on asset management and institutional financial services.

An October 13 Stock Analysis snapshot lists Morgan Stanley’s trailing P/E at approximately 15.35 and its price-to-sales ratio at 3.80. That P/E implies an earnings yield of approximately 6.51%. These figures change with the share price and reported results; investors will also assess client flows, margins, and management’s outlook.
