The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN), a skin health company focused on aesthetic treatments, completed a 1-for-20 reverse stock split on October 14, 2026. The change combines every 20 shares into one share. By itself, it does not change a shareholder’s percentage ownership or the company’s value.

Stockholders authorized a reverse stock split at a September 22 special meeting and left the final ratio to the board. The board chose 1-for-20, as highlighted by GlobeNewswire. Split-adjusted trading began on October 14 under the existing ticker for The Beauty Health Company.

The company says the reverse stock split is intended to help it regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid-price requirement. A reverse stock split raises the price per share by reducing the number of shares, but it does not guarantee that the price will stay above $1.

The Beauty Health Company shares are trading at $11.79, up $0.98, or 9.05%. Shares have traded between $10.01 and $11.79 today. Its market capitalization—the market value of its outstanding shares—is approximately $76.4 million, with trading volume of about 31,399 shares.
